Yes. Paste the full list with one item per line: brand, exact cartridge or drum code including its suffix, printer model or region version, color where relevant, quantity and requested supply option. Keep toner cartridges and drum units on separate lines. IMEDA checks each item before confirming availability, price and a mixed-order plan; listing a requested code does not confirm stock or compatibility.
How do I identify drums, fuser film and gears for the same copier?
Send the full machine label and a separate photo or part reference for each component. Specify whether the drum request is a bare OPC drum or a complete drum unit. For fuser film and gears, include the old-part label where available, installation position and clear photos of the part and its ends. One machine name is not enough to select every component; each line needs its own quantity and fit check.
Will combining spare parts always make shipping cheaper?
Mixed orders can be discussed, but a saving is not guaranteed. Compare the same confirmed parts list, quantities, packing and delivery endpoint. Ask for product prices and shipping scope to be separated, including which clearance, duty or tax and final-delivery costs are included or excluded. Share your delivery deadline and any appointed China forwarder so suitable routes can be reviewed before payment.

Product model references
MOQ, branding and lead time
IMEDA does not apply one universal MOQ to every item. One-piece sample orders are available for many toner cartridge, drum-unit and chip models. Small pickup rollers and similar low-value parts commonly start from five sets. Final quantity is confirmed by product and order combination.
Products can use neutral packing, IMEDA branding or customer-requested branding when the product, quantity, artwork and packing plan allow it. Normal lead time is one to seven working days after the model and order details are confirmed, depending on stock and quantity.
How IMEDA confirms the requested product
Send the exact printer or copier model, cartridge or OEM code, target country, quantity and clear product photos when available. For toner chips, include the cartridge code, region and firmware information. For rollers and small spare parts, show both ends, gear side and installation position.
