Buyer confirmation questions
How do I request an 80 g or 100 g toner powder pack?
Send the exact cartridge code, printer model, cartridge-label photo, requested pack weight and number of packs. State whether 80 g or 100 g is the pack size you want to buy or a refill amount you need checked. These weights are request examples, not confirmed pack availability or recommended refill quantities. IMEDA confirms the powder application, available packing and quotation before supply.
Does refilling a cartridge require a toner reset or a replacement chip?
The reset or chip requirement must be checked separately for the exact cartridge and machine version. Send the cartridge code, printer model, destination region, cartridge-label photo and any displayed message; include a chip or reset-mechanism photo if available. A toner powder quotation alone does not confirm the reset procedure, chip compatibility or a refill amount.
What should I confirm before paying for a toner powder order?
Confirm the matched powder application, pack weight, number of packs, product price, stock-dependent lead time and packing. Provide the destination country, city and postal code so the shipping scope can be checked. Ask which transport, clearance, duty or tax and final-delivery costs are included, excluded or still awaiting confirmation; a product-only price is not the delivered total.
Cartridge Chip and Version Confirmation: Use the cartridge code, printer model and region to prepare a chip inquiry; confirm refill and reset requirements separately.
Compare Shipping and Import Cost Scope: Confirm the delivery endpoint and which freight, clearance, duty or tax and final-delivery costs are included before payment.
MOQ, branding and lead time
IMEDA does not apply one universal MOQ to every item. One-piece sample orders are available for many toner cartridge, drum-unit and chip models. Small pickup rollers and similar low-value parts commonly start from five sets. Final quantity is confirmed by product and order combination.
Products can use neutral packing, IMEDA branding or customer-requested branding when the product, quantity, artwork and packing plan allow it. Normal lead time is one to seven working days after the model and order details are confirmed, depending on stock and quantity.
How IMEDA confirms the requested product
Send the exact printer or copier model, cartridge or OEM code, target country, quantity and clear product photos when available. For toner chips, include the cartridge code, region and firmware information. For rollers and small spare parts, show both ends, gear side and installation position.
- Compatibility references identify the intended machine family and do not imply affiliation with the original brand owner.
- Supply and quality options are confirmed by exact model, application and target-market requirement.
- Models not listed online can be checked manually from a machine label, old-part photo or parts list.
